What this tool is

This is a free estimation tool for dog groomers to track hours, grooms, and tips, and estimate weekly pay under a few common pay structures (straight hourly, hourly vs. commission, and blended base plus bonus). Commission tiers and structure are modeled on pay patterns that are common across the grooming industry, drawn from published salary trackers and job postings. This site is independently operated and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected with any salon, franchise, or grooming employer.

No warranty, estimates only

This tool provides estimates based on numbers you enter. It does not account for taxes, deductions, benefits, overtime rules, employer-specific pay policies, or anything outside the formulas described on the site. Actual paychecks will differ. Nothing on this site is financial, tax, employment, or legal advice. Use it as a rough planning tool only, and verify your actual pay with your employer or pay stub.
